Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We now have support for queryable Unicode non-indexed columns (AKA TileDB attrs). We don't have support for Unicode indexed columns (AKA TileDB dims).

Describe the solution you'd like

Support Unicode string dims.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Live with ASCII dims.
