- Update _get_nhits_map_name() to handle custom nhits map, with nhits_map_name point to given nhits map. - Simplify read_hitmap().

When using TOAST filtering and custom nhits map (
input_nhits_pathis defined), if the nhits map file does not exist, letmask_handler.pycalculate nhits map from provided TOAST schecule file.
