Just updating the tests to reflect the new status for CMS 6, which no longer allows jobs for PHP 8.1 or PHP 8.2 to be created.
Note this shows the matrix using mariadb and mysql 5 only - no mysql 8 jobs. This will be resolved in silverstripe/silverstripe-framework#11292
