Oftentimes Signal loses connection (for whatever reason). Now, this wouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately if I have pending messages (messages that are being sent) and I click the "disconnected" icon to reload the app, but once reloaded the messages are no pending anymore -- they are nothing, they have no symbol.

@liliakai liliakai added this to the On the roadmap milestone Feb 6, 2016

Is someone already working on this? Otherwise I would take it. I suggest to reset the status of a pending message initially after restarts for a quick but clean fix and add the "retry after start" afterwards as a new feature.

I am having troubles to build the project (StackOverflow). Therefore, if someone wants to take over this issue, feel free. I don't want to be a blocker on this.
@scottnonnenberg-signal Do you have some ideas that could help me solve this problem?
