Shutter won't finish starting up.

Whenever I try to launch Shutter the window just freezes and needs to be forced closed. I tried uninstalling and deleting all of the files left behind, and reinstalling with no luck.

Desktop Environment: Cinnamon 2.8.6
Distribution: Arch

Looks like there's a seg fault involved.
