Set second parameter to json_encode() with true for return array. Changed decodedValue check condition.

Добавлена совместимость с php 5.5. (Для возврата функцией json_decode массива, а не объекта требуется второй параметр установленный в true)
Исправлено возвращаемое функцией unserialize значение.
Основания: В php 5.5 при выполнении json_decode("51aеs546sа") будет возвращено целое число 51 а не строка.
