Fractal provides a grassroots platform for these legal professionals to collaboratively develop customized technology, democratizing access to resources that would typically be unaffordable.
Fractal is actively exploring various technical options to optimize its functionality and governance. This includes platforms like Aragon Client, DAOStack, and DAOHAUS, with a current preference for Aragon. In terms of governance structures, Fractal is considering models like reputation stakes, one-member-one-vote, and one-share-one-vote, leaning towards reputation-based and one-member-one-vote systems. These explorations are aimed at creating a decentralized, inclusive environment where every member can contribute meaningfully.
At the core of Fractal's philosophy is the idea of community ownership of the primary structure. This approach allows for launching subprojects in partnership with others, rewarding contributors appropriately. The vision is to foster decentralized, large-scale legal tech initiatives that resonate with our collaborative ethos.
