Add support for loading the user profile of an AppPool.
Because this creates a new directory in C:\Users, we also need to clean this up when purging the job.

Note: The default can be set globally in IIS and i think it defaults to ON for Windows 10, 11 etc. and OFF on Windows Server.

I don't know if using this would be a good idea at all, because it would allow the job to store data outside of it's alloc directory.
