Does not switch pipenv when switching directly to another pipenv folder. #19

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have 2 projects with pipenv installed
  2. cd project1 -> pipenv activated for project1
  3. cd ../project2 -> pipenv stays the same

What I expected:

  1. cd ../project2 -> deactivate project1 pipenv and activate project2 pipenv.

@ParthS007 It is misleading for people wanting to use this project to close open issues as completed when they have actually not been resolved for a long time.
