Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This Pull Request allows the user to choose the extrapolated antibiotics for which their sensitivity category has to be reported. Current implementation uses the Y/N configuration set for the representative antibiotic instead of allowing the user to select them individually.
Current behavior before PR
Sensitivity categories of extrapolated antibiotics are reported depending on the "Report" setting of their representatives
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Sensitivity categories of extrapolated antibiotics are reported based on user's selection.
