- James Mitchell
- Michael Torpey
- Wilf Wilson
The meeting started at 14:00.
We all discussed what we've been working on and what we're doing this afternoon:
- Chris Russell -- Writing McAlister Triples code - just documentation left
- Collin Bleak -- Has developed a GAP package with others relating to transducers
- Fernando Flores Brito -- Finishing Wreath product code, and working on AAA package "Algorithms for Asynchronous Automata"
- James Mitchell -- Preparing for teaching, and working with Michael on congruences
- Michael Torpey -- Writing C++ code for parallel computation of congruences
- Wilf Wilson -- Working on talks and applications; may help James and Michael this afternoon
We discussed congruences and transducers, and then continued working individually, helping each other with technical issues.
Wilf, Michael and James worked on improving the C++ code for congruences (with tests and bugfixes).
James and Collin spoke about coding practice for GAP packages.
Chris left around 15:30 for an SMSTC lecture, and returned around 17:30.
Wilf and Michael left around 18:15, and the meeting ended soon after.
