Same as sebastianbergmann#2279 but for PHPUnit 4.8 branch
HHVM doesn't enable xdebug by default, so we need to enable it here. libxml2-utils is needed for all tested platforms, add it to the trusty builds

Thank you for your effort but I would rather remove HHVM from the Travis CI build than add more HHVM to it. |
