Customize row timeline title

Right now it only has a title and an optional subtitle.

I would like to be able to define a custom HTML with a custom function to populate it, just like with the event cards(#11) , but for the row/resource name

Now that I can customize the content of the Row/Timeline Title, issue #5 looses it's purpose and so it will be deprecated when this is closed

A new demo is ready to show this new functionallity, in the demo folder. And it's called custom-content.html. Here's the link to view it live: Custom Row Title Content Demo

The idea is similar to #11.

There's a setting called contentDefinitionTitle that by default holds the default content, but it could be replaced. And also a method called applyCustomContentTitle that by default is null, but if implemented it will be called to apply the content to that custom content definition
