See slipset/deps-deploy#44 for more background.

  • install should use tools.build's install task for local installation.
  • deploy should continue to use deps-deploy's deploy task but warn if :installer is present and not :remote.

Downstream users of build-clj need usage/documentation updates since they currently explain how to use deploy for local installs.
