Integration into nf-pediatric of the existing Infant-DWI processes, leveraging the nf-neuro module library. Linting won't pass until the required changes are made to nf-neuro.

Checklists:

  • Make sure the test suite and actions work.
  • Update all fields auto-generated by the template.
  • Add complete test suite.

PR checklist
