Various improvements
*Fixed direction initialisation error when using RT-HARDI tracking.

Fibernavigator with advanced rendering options such as:

-Orientation-dependent opacity rendering of fibers (Tax et al. 2015, PLoS ONE)
-Real-time fiber tractography (Chamberland et al. 2014, Frontiers in Neuroinformatics)
-Real-time resting-state fMRI (Chamberland et al. 2015, ISMRM Toronto)
-Tractography-driven resting-state fMRI (Chamberland et al. 2015, Frontiers in Neuroscience)

Easy step-by-step guide for opacity-rendering:

  1. Load fa.nii (see exampleData.zip)
  2. Load subsamp.tck (streamlines dataset)
  3. Click on top menu "fibers -> use transparent fibers"
  4. The different menu option (alpha values, local vs global modes, opacity functions, etc) can be found on the properties panel of the streamlines dataset.

Easy step-by-step guide for real-time fiber tractography:

Pre-release

This release is the first release of the rtfmri-coloring-feature branch.

Main additions / changes:

  • Support for Real-time fMRI processing
  • Better coloring maps
  • Now built on wxWidgets 3.0.

This release uses the full (or "heavyweight") GUI.

Builds are available for Mac OSX (tested on OSX 10.8 and 10.9) and for Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Compiled from source, rtfmri-coloring-feature branch, commit cb0140a.

To use on Linux, please follow the instructions in the wiki.
