This is limited to the HermeneutiX module (i.e. version 2.0).

Apparently, the undo/redo options only work properly on the initial Text Input View.
In the Analysis View (syntactical & semantical analysis), the "Undo" and "Redo" buttons are never enabled.

The bug has been fixed now but was not yet released.
I'm planning to add one more feature before releasing version 2.1.

Fixed in release v2.1.0.
