KUAL launcher to manage Alpine Linux for Kindle

Features:

• Automatic install of kterm if not already installed (is a dependency)
• Deploy (automatic download + install) newest release of Alpine Linux for Kindle
• Start Alpine Linux Desktop (MATE)
• Drop into a chroot shell
• Delete Alpine Linux

Gettings started:

1. Head over to the releases page
2. Download the newest alpine_kindle_kual.zip
3. Extract the zip, and copy the alpine_kindle_kual folder into the extensions folder on your jailbroken Kindle
4. A "Alpine Linux" entry should be added to KUAL now. You are ready to deploy Alpine Linux
