Description
Removes the Flask Dashboard functionality.
The Flask dashboard was deprecated in FEDn 0.7 which will be the last version supporting it. Dashboard/UI development has been superseeded by a more comphrensive Django project, "FEDn Studio". Studio has more features and handles several security aspects of FL such as client identity management and encrypted communication (amongst other things).
Also adds functionality to see status of a session and an API method to check if a session has finished. Closes SK-654 SK 655.
