• Replace react-sortable-tree dependency with antd <Tree/> Refactor Skeletontree tab as Antd <Tree /> component #7819

@philippotto I think this is ready fro review. I don't expect many errors or performance wins. As stated by the React team, v17 was mostly a housekeeping release in preparation for v18.
