Mailable description of changes:

• admins can now get tasks from all projects in their organization

Steps to test:

• create a project and task for a team other than the admin's team
• try to get a task as the admin
• you should be able to get a task from that project

Issues:

• fixes admins should get tasks from projects of all teams #2684

@youri-k do you know why the e2e-tests failed? Do we just need new snapshots or did something break?

I think we need new snapshots because the admin user now get's a project which doesn't belong to a team where he is a member but this is intended behavior now
