Update tests

The tests need a bunch of maintenance

• Remove all truffle migrations code from the integration test projects
  • (Remove migrations and skipped/stale tests from test suite #840)
• Restructure the folder - integration should actually have integration tests and all sources should just be in sources

• Move test commands in package.json into shell scripts
