Added a note stating explicitly that lensutil.py is originally based on software written by Adam Bolton.

This marks the initial release of uvmcmcfit to the broader astronomical community. It is associated with the publication of Bussmann et al. 2015 in ApJ. Please see this paper for an example of the use case for this software: Markov Chain Monte Carlo analysis of interferometric observations of gravitationally lensed galaxies.
