So I am going to make this PR a draft since MacOS arm is only supported on Temurin JDK 11+ and currently the CI is setup with JDK 8+. When we add the ability to support completely generic matrix then I can have a look at this again |

MacOS 13 is an ARM runner, should add this to CI to see if there are any problems.
