As in #668 here i want to propose a xbb.2.3.11 sublineage:
XBB.2.3.11 arose togehter with XBB.2.3.8 and GE.1 with convergent S:478R mutation around mid march 2023.
It seemed from the start slower of its 478R iblings, but also the harder to track cause there is not a proper query to search in on Gisaid.
Notwithstanding it got a sublineage designated GS.1 with S:213 defining of XBB mutated.

Few hours ago @alurqu proposed an interesting XBB.2.3.11 sublineage with M:A104V in #668

Now i want to propose a sublineage defined by S:R190S mutation, one of the defining mutations of the infamous Gamma VOC, we have seen popping up several times during this pandemic but never matching the success it had on P.1 backbone.

Defining mutations: XBB.2.3.11 (S:T478R) >> C13608T >> ORF1b:F2330L (T20455C = NSP15_F279L), S:R190S (G22132T)

Gisaid query : C13608T ,T20455C, G22132T

Samples : 27

GS.3 is quite fast in Uk according last Ukhsa data: it represents 1/4 of sequences there.

I would add that it has got a further mutation right after the defining: PLPro_Q196R = NSP3_Q941R = Orf1a:Q1759R
