XBB.1.5 on T10204C with ORF1a:K1668R (nsp3_K850R = PLPro_K105R), S:T883I and S:L517I (94 seqs, 8 countries) #503
Comments
It is slow but mutational profile has to be kept monitored. |
i found 91 of this one. still going . |
Tracking updates: 08-13, 5 seqs from Canada and USA: |
The NSP3 mutation should correspond to PLPro_K105R |
Is there any tool to convert nsp3 sites to functional domains like UbL, ADP, Macrodomain and PLpro within nsp3? I suppose different labs/institutions are using different annotations? BTW this doesn't move this week, gonna giving it another before moving back to private lineage tracking. |
no i suggest to use this one found by @alurqu , be aware they sum Ibiquitin and PlPro domains. |
Not moving, going back to private lineage tracker |
