It is slow but mutational profile has to be kept monitored.

The NSP3 mutation should correspond to PLPro_K105R

Is there any tool to convert nsp3 sites to functional domains like UbL, ADP, Macrodomain and PLpro within nsp3? I suppose different labs/institutions are using different annotations?

BTW this doesn't move this week, gonna giving it another before moving back to private lineage tracking.

no i suggest to use this one found by @alurqu , be aware they sum Ibiquitin and PlPro domains.
To find PLPro you should do -745 from NSP3 count. Btw i m closing this one very interesting and also not super slow but not worth monitor further. If something changes just ping me.
