S:I1169F has never been proposed in any known lineage and it has been quite uncommon with less than 1000seqs since 2020.
It seems quite preferred by Kp.3.1.1 that saw it in a bunch of branches without great success.
Yesterday a Californian branch of it was uploaded with two further spike mutations S:V143A and S:K478E so worth keeping track of it for a bit.
