Milestone
Just found a new mutation on LB.1 backbone: S:F175L
it is worth mentioning that S:F175L escapes strongly a category of broadly neutralizing ABs described here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.04.08.536123v1.full.pdf

As @aviczhl2 pointed out in the comments the Canadian cluster in New Brunswick has got two more spoike mutations:
S:S704L and S:N282T.
S:S704L is one of those spike mutations that went through the whole pandemic popping up in multiple fast lineages (JG.3, BA.2.12, FK.4.1, GK.1*) but has been in hard times since the JN.1 rise
S:N282T shifts a N GLycan from S:N282 to S:N280
