S:P1143L has been removed in some recombinant as XDQ or XDN , instead @aviczhl2 noticed that in some lineages it was further mutated to S:L1143F. This could pint at that mutation to be a slighty deleterious one that BA.2.86 is trying to drop:
Green is 1143L , Orange 1143P (ON BA.2.86 backbone) , Blue is 1143F
Here i want to propose a small lineage that popped up in the super fast LB.1 lineage:
