zeppy issue 20 hard to debug runIDFs deletes temp files #397

set a debug=True option for runIDFs to assist in the debuging
This should retain the temporary files/folder multi_runs

fixed issue #397

:Problem: runIDFs is hard to debug since temporary files are deleted
:Solution: runIDFs( ... , debug=True) will retain those files
