Is there an option for importing data into Sanity CMS?

Hi, I currently have a need to import product catalog data from a Google Sheets table into Sanity CMS so that I can later work with this data in Sanity Studio.

Available format for export is csv, json.
Basically any format is available, I can write a python script for parsing into any file type. But what to do next?

Is this a good way to do it?
