The scatterplot image hover login is not shared with the dendrogram exemplar hover. The dendrogram-initiated login always fails with the error: Unknown remote host.

Switching scatterplot to use agents instead of remotes, thus fixing #319

Turns out this was also being affected by the configuration on the server, which had fully qualified domain names while the data just had hostnames. These two have to match for agents to work.
