Maybe instead of linking the album folder in the artist's folder it would be best to create symlinks to the actual songs and the path would follow the 'pathformat'. And for that, should it symlink every song in the album or just the songs by that specific folder's artist?

From the example:

  • Only tracks 1 and 2 would be symlinked in the Tarmvred folder
  • Only tracks 2 and 3 would be symlinked in the Iszoloscope folder
