symlinks for splits and collaborations

It's easier to explain by example. Let's take this release by Iszoloscope and 
Tarmvred: http://musicbrainz.org/release/c2b5e90d-add7-4127-ab08-6aefd5716bb6

After tagging it would be much more convenient to find the album both in 
"Iszoloscope/Do America" and "Tarmvred/Do America".

Is it possible to implement(may be via plugin)?

Interesting idea and a perfect plan for a plugin. If you know some Python, 
please feel free to give it a try. Take a look at the docs detailing the plugin 
API and look at the plugins included with beets; let me know if you need more 
details.
