i signed the Salesforce Inc. Contributor License Agreement, why i can't merge?

But when I refreshed the signing page i got this: https://i.imgur.com/Cs4lUuU.png

But the GitHub bot says that i need to sign it: https://i.imgur.com/crzcDul.png

What the hell is going on? When can you fix it?
