This one is another bug fix and small feature release. If you have a patch please make sure it cleanly applies against 2.8.10. We will also try to get this release to build cleanly on OSX 10.5 in 32 bit mode.

16:27 < wstein> mabshoff -- important -- we have to artificially bump the package numbers of tachyon and matplotlib.
16:27 < wstein> Otherwise they will suddenly fail to work.
We don't have to change the contents of the packages at all. If we don't do this, they will
break, since they assume libpng.dylib exists on local/lib/.
