Feature: Make logging manageable

This pr:

• attempts to fix Allow to disable logging #86 and Remove error logs when receiving a message without an id #117
• don't initialize sdk on every render in safe-apps-react-sdk @safe-apps-react-sdk - do not initialize new SafeAppsSDK class on every render #156
• remove an unused file in react sdk
• update build
• add .eslintignore so build files aren't checked
