Add New menu UI and Tab menu

Created New menu UI (Training, Setting, Quit)
Created Button Tooltip, switch male&female and change language in Setting menu
Created 4 Tab menus in Training mode.
1. Take off tab
  1) load file, 
  2) load 2
  3) take off parameter and scroll down
2. Movement tab
  1) graph modified
  2) scroll down
  3) show avatar
3. Simulate tab
  1) perspective 
  2) camera view
  2) animation speed
4. Result tab
  1) graph
  2) result text
