A repack of Apple's Tensorflow 2.4 for arm64 that corrects the dependency conflicts for numpy 1.18.5 and grpcio 1.33.2. This package also includes arm64 wheels of pandas, scipy and pillow. Once installed, these wheels should allow for standard poetry installations of matplotlib, etc.
