wrapper script to use on Seven Bridges

Now, ctseq includes a wrapper script that allows you to run ctseq easier on platforms such as Seven Bridges

additional plotting functionality

Now, the 'plot' subcommand will create heatmaps in addition to the molecule depth plot. Plots now use a fragment info file instead of a fragment order file.

Added the 'plot_multiple' subcommand which allows users to plot data from multiple sequencing runs together.
