Add a basic implementation of the
PTM:UserandPTM:SysMservices with examples and docs.This is just a small push of some dusty code I had locally for a couple months. Originally I wanted to implement a controller for the notification LED such as the one shown by @adryzz here, but I have yet to get to it.
