Looks unrelated to Netlify itself and more a configuration issue.

but now it seems atlantis docs configuration changes are required after that outage?

We may want to increase the priority of iac netlify #3027 or have a workflow dispatch gha that will redeploy to netlify or both

Out of curiosity, what was the fix?

Im surprised it didn't come back automatically after netlifys incident was over

We were on a paid account, and Netflix switched us to an Opensource account :).
