Overview of the Issue

Docker container won't start with the following error.

error: failed switching to "atlantis": unable to find user atlantis: no matching entries in passwd file

Reproduction Steps

  • Checkout the current main 625660c.
  • docker build -t foo.
  • docker run --rm -it foo

error: failed switching to "atlantis": unable to find user atlantis: no matching entries in passwd file

Environment details

Additional Context

Reverting 310aff8 fixed the problem.
