Currently when running a plan with many dependencies there cam be several "projects" being planned and a bit annoying to look into them all to see if the changes are ok or not..
So a summary comment would be very useful, something like:

Project 1 sdafasdf/sdfgdfs/aws_sdgf: No changes
Project 2 sdafasdf/sdfgdfs/aws_sdgf: No changes
Project 3 sdafasdf/sdfgdfs/aws_sdgf: 3 to destroy, 1 to add, see link (or comment above)
Project 4 sdafasdf/sdfgdfs/aws_sdgf: No changes
...
