Added Newer Permissions

Added newer vCenter permissions to role as reported by users in the Rubrik Guardian's forum. I've also sorted the list of permissions to make them easier to find if the role was built manually.

added new permissions for vCenter, no functional changes otherwise.

Supports newer functions/features of Rubrik CDM per the user guide.

How Has This Been Tested?

There is no functional change other than new permissions, so I didn't test it as of yet.
