Large altitude error: Extended Squitter Airborne position (barometric altitude) #13

Thanks for the data, should be fixed now. See https://github.com/wcampbell0x2a/adsb_deku/blob/6ee9011f78f867c38305645be9fa6ce4e0963985/tests/test.rs#L763 for the output that is expected now.
