deepbinner bin

usage: deepbinner bin --classes CLASSES --reads READS --out_dir OUT_DIR [-h]

Bin fasta/q reads

Required:
  --classes CLASSES  Deepbinner classification file (made with the deepbinner
                     classify command)
  --reads READS      FASTA or FASTQ reads
  --out_dir OUT_DIR  Directory to output binned read files

Other:
  -h, --help         Show this help message and exit
