dexp dataset formats

Currently dexp supports two light-sheet datasets formats, but we hope to expand support to others:

  1. Datasets produced by the ClearControl light-sheet microscope control library.
  2. ZARR datasets with a custom structure.

We are actively working on adding support for:

  1. Micro-manager datasets.
  2. TIFF based datasets.
