I see this is a relatively dated issue - would you still recommend adding this feature? Or do you think FACS-seq warrants a separate workflow implementation? Thanks!

This never got implemented because our lab ended up using barseq instead of tileseq for our FACS-based maps, for which we implemented a separate pipeline: Pacybara .

If you want to use tileseq with a FACS assay however, feel free to fork the repo and implement a new scoring function. :)
