Architecture: Sparkle Dashboards

Sparkle dashboards is the effort to visualize information collected by sparkle using existing content publishing framework plugins and components like datasources and crud. This effort will probably also extend to building a searching mechanism to facilitate searches against sparkle collected info and other data sources as well like open search.
